HPV Vaccination Does Not Alter Sexual Behavior

A recent survey has found that girls between the ages of 15 and 19 who have been vaccinated against the human papillomavirus (HPV) are no more likely to engage in riskier sexual behavior than those girls who were not vaccinated.

The report published in the January issue of The American Journal of Preventive Medicine also found that girls who were sexually active and who had been vaccinated were more likely to use a condom than those who were not vaccinated.  [ Read Full Article]
